May 1 Vaccination event in Wyandotte County

Swope Health partnered with Iglesia Bautista El Buen Pastor and United Healthcare in a vaccination event and giveaway on Saturday, May 1.

At the event, at 1900 Steele Rd, Kansas City, Kansas, more than 50 people received their first Pfizer vaccine shot. Most participants were Spanish speaking and people of color and received food boxes from Harvesters and hygiene kits, provided by United Healthcare.
