Swope Health has created a Vendor Kiosk in the main lobby of Swope Health Central.  The kiosk will be made available to other non-profits who provide services or products that could be of assistance to the patients we serve.

Available free of charge Monday – Friday, 9 am – 4 pm.

Vendor Kiosk Guidelines  

Vendors must present in business casual clothing (slacks or khakis, dress shirt or blouse, open-collar or polo shirt, optional tie or seasonal sport coat, a dress or skirt at knee-length or below, a blazer, knit shirt or sweater, and loafers or dress shoes that cover all or most of the foot).

Vendor signage must be professional in appearance and pre-approved by the Swope Health Vendor Kiosk Manager.

Vendors may occupy the kiosk for up to 10 consecutive business days (“Use Period”).  This time frame may be extended depending upon demand and approval by the Kiosk Manager.

No food or drink is allowed in the Vendor Kiosk.

Depending upon demand, a vendor may have to share the Vendor Kiosk with a second vendor.

Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to use of the Community Spaces, including Vendor Kiosk, at Swope Health (the “Facility”): 

  1. Organizations that use the Facility are not to pose any dangers to the health, safety, or welfare of anyone present, including themselves. Guests and participants in programs held within the Facility should not stand on chairs or tables, run, or engage in activity involving gymnastics, physical dexterity, strength, or endurance. Any person who engages in such activity does so at his or her own risk and may be asked to leave the Facility.
  2.  The use of the Facility does not include any right to use Swope Health’s name or logo except to identify the event location, unless specific written permission has been granted and approved by the Community Relations Department. All promotional material should be submitted for review prior to final printing and/or distribution.
  3. Smoking and drug use of any kind are prohibited in the Facility including the parking lot.

Release and Indemnification: The organization listed below (“Organization” or “Vendor”) agrees to and does release, indemnify and hold harmless Swope Health, its related entities, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors (the “Indemnified Parties”), from and against any and all claims, liability, damages, judgments and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ and expert witness fees) (the “Liabilities”) that may arise from or relate to the use of the Facility by the Organization, its employees, agents, contractors, invitees, and guests. This release, indemnification and hold harmless agreement applies regardless of the form of action or type of damage but shall not apply to the extent the Liabilities arise out of or relate to the Indemnified Parties’ gross negligence or intentional or willful misconduct. This release, indemnification and hold harmless applies even if the Liabilities arise from or are related to the Indemnified Parties’ negligence.Insurance: Organization represents and warrants that it maintains, and shall throughout its use of the Facility, general liability insurance with policy limits sufficient to protect and indemnify the Indemnified Parties from and against any Liabilities that may arise from or relate to the use of the Facility by the Organization, its employees, agents, contractors, invitees, and guests. The Facility shall be listed as an additional insured under such policy, and Organization shall forward a certificate of insurance verifying such insurance upon the Facility’s written request, which certificate will indicate that such insurance policies may not be canceled before the expiration of a 30-day notification period and that the Facility will be immediately notified in writing of any such notice of termination.CANCELLATIONS PRIOR TO USE: If the Organization must cancel a Use Period prior to commencing use, a written notification of cancellation must be received by the Facility at least ten (10) days prior to the start date of the Use Period. Fees are 100% non-refundable in the case of a cancellation made less than 10 days before the Use Period start date. COVID. Organization agrees to abide by all Emergency Executive Orders, if any, in effect in the State of Missouri with regards to the COVID-19 pandemic and to use prudent judgement in the management of its guests. This includes adherence to any national, statewide or local limitations placed on maximum occupancy, distancing of guests, screening and contact tracing. In addition to the other indemnification obligations hereunder, Organization agrees to indemnify and hold Facility harmless from and against any and all reasonable losses, costs, liabilities, damages, and expenses, from or incurred in connection with the risks and activities outlined in this section.

On behalf of, and as an authorized representative and agent for, the Organization, I agree to the terms and conditions for using the Facilities listed above, including the Release and Indemnification.
