Swope Health Services and United Way: A Circle of Caring

Swope Health Services (SHS) associates participate in a circle of caring in a partnership with United Way.

United Way includes SHS as a resource in its 2-1-1 service, referring people in need to our clinics for health, dental and behavioral health care.

In turn, SHS associates often guide clients to United Way, which supports 170 nonprofit organizations and 312 programs in the greater Kansas City region.

SHS associates pledged more than $4,500 in a recent campaign, a show of appreciation for United Way’s mission to combat poverty and support literacy, well-being and job readiness.

And we’re also grateful for United Way’s support of our mission to provide comprehensive physical and behavioral health care services to all who seek help.

It’s a circle of caring.
